UK Alternative
A UK Alternative to UK Peptide Lab
How to compare prices fairly: by amount, by format and by what comes with the vial.
Researchers comparing suppliers often search for UK Peptide Lab, and MY PEPTIDES is worth assessing alongside it. We synthesise research compounds at our own UK facility and supply them as pre-mixed liquid vials with a batch Certificate of Analysis. UK Peptide Lab is named here only as the term being compared, and we make no claims about it, including about its prices; the sections below explain how to compare research-peptide prices on a like-for-like basis with any supplier. All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.
Our research-supply standards
99%+ HPLC Purity
Every batch is verified by high-performance liquid chromatography. The measured purity figure is recorded on the batch COA — not a marketing claim.
COA With Every Order
A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis ships with every order. Sample COAs are accessible from the COA library before you order.
UK Dispatch
Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off ship the same working day from our UK facility, with tracked next-working-day UK delivery as standard.
Research-Only Supply
All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Documentation, labelling and packaging reflect that restriction.

What a price includes
A price on a product page only becomes comparable once you know what it buys. Our compounds are synthesised at our own UK facility and supplied as pre-mixed liquid vials, so the price covers material that is already in solution rather than powder that still needs preparing. Every product page states the amount in the vial alongside the price, and multi-compound products list each component. Each order includes the batch Certificate of Analysis for the material supplied, and weekday orders received before 3pm go out the same day on a tracked UK service, packed chilled in a sealed foil pouch with ice packs. All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.
Price per milligram, done properly
The headline price of a vial says little on its own. Start by dividing it by the amount the vial contains; that gives a price per milligram that can be compared across suppliers and vial sizes. For a multi-compound product, decide whether you are comparing the whole vial or a single component, and use the stated amount of that component rather than the total.
Then check that you are comparing like with like. A vial of a single compound is not the same purchase as a defined set containing that compound alongside others, even if the headline amounts look similar. And a price per milligram worked out from a vague or missing amount is not a number at all, which is why the amount sits next to the price on every one of our product pages.
The costs that sit outside the price
Some of what a research compound costs never appears on the product page. Powder has to be reconstituted, so a diluent, laboratory consumables and preparation time all belong in the comparison. Delivery charges and the way a temperature-sensitive parcel is packed matter too, as does the documentation that arrives with the material and whether you can see an example before ordering.
Our vials arrive in solution, packed chilled in a sealed foil pouch with ice packs that hold temperature for roughly seven days, with the batch Certificate of Analysis included and recent certificates published in our COA library. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Setting all of these side by side for each supplier on your shortlist gives a fairer comparison than the headline price alone.
Frequently asked questions
- Is MY PEPTIDES a good alternative to UK Peptide Lab?
- That depends on what your laboratory needs and values, which is why this page explains how to compare rather than offering a verdict. MY PEPTIDES makes its compounds in the UK, supplies them in solution, states the amount in each vial on the product page, includes a batch Certificate of Analysis and dispatches weekday orders placed before 3pm the same day. Compare suppliers on the same basis and decide on that.
- Is MY PEPTIDES affiliated with UK Peptide Lab?
- No. MY PEPTIDES is a separate, independent UK company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with UK Peptide Lab or any business trading under a similar name. We use the name only because researchers search for it when comparing suppliers, and any related names or marks belong to their respective owners.
- How do I compare peptide prices fairly?
- Divide the price by the amount in the vial to get a price per milligram, then adjust for what the price does or does not include: the form the compound comes in, delivery and documentation. Two vials at the same headline price can differ considerably once the amount and the extras are taken into account.
- Does the form of the compound affect the comparison?
- Yes. A pre-mixed vial arrives in solution, while powder has to be reconstituted before use, which means sourcing a diluent and spending time on preparation. Neither suits every laboratory, but the cost of those steps belongs in a fair comparison.
- Where do I find the amount in each MY PEPTIDES vial?
- On every product page, alongside the price. Multi-compound products list each component and its amount as well as the total, so a price per milligram can be worked out for the whole vial or for any single component.
