Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions govern the sale and purchase of products through our website.
Introduction
You can find everything you need to know about us, My Peptides, and our products on our website before you order. We also confirm the key information to you in writing after you order, either by email or in your online account.
These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the order by you and supply of goods by us to you (Contract).
You will be asked to give your express agreement to these Terms before you place an order on our website.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013).
When you buy from us you are agreeing that:
We only accept orders when we've checked them.
We're not responsible for delays outside our control.
You have a legal right to change your mind.
You can end an on-going contract (find out how).
You have rights if there is something wrong with your Goods.
We can change products and these terms.
We can suspend supply (and you have rights if we do).
We can end our Contract with you.
We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products.
We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice.
You have several options for resolving disputes with us.
Other important terms apply to our Contract.
We only accept orders when we've checked them
Please follow the onscreen prompts to plan an order. Each order is an offer by you to buy the goods specified in the order (Goods) subject to these Terms.
Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please check the order carefully before confirming it. You are responsible for ensuring that your order is complete and accurate.
After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it, but please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms the Goods have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
Sometimes we reject orders
Sometimes we reject orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock or because we can't verify your age (where the product is age-restricted). If we are unable to supply you with the Goods for any reason, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Goods, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
We charge you when you order
The prices of the Goods will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of our products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, please see clause 4.6 for what happens if we discover an error in the price of Goods you ordered.
We charge you when you place your order. However, for some products we take payment at regular intervals, as explained to you during the order process.
Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
The price of our products excludes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK from time to time. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Goods in full before the change in VAT takes place.
The price of the Goods does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order.
It is always possible that despite our best efforts, some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Goods you have ordered we will contact you in writing to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Goods at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing.
We're not responsible for delays outside our control
We will contact you with an estimated delivery date, which will typically be approximately 3 working days after Dispatch Confirmation. However, delivery times are not guaranteed.
Deliveries require a signature and must be received in person at the delivery address stipulated in your order.
If our supply of the Goods is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact our Customer Service Team: info@my-peptides.co.uk to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Goods you have paid for in advance, but not received.
Delivery is complete once the Goods have been delivered to the address for delivery set out in your order.
You have a legal right to change your mind
For some of our products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. This is subject to some conditions, as set out below.
We honour our legal duty to provide you with Goods that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law.
Perishable Goods are exempt from your usual return or cancellation rights. Due to the perishable nature of some of our products (for example NAD+ vials), you do not have the right to change your mind and request a refund of the Goods once the Dispatch Confirmation has been sent to you. This policy is in line with regulation 28(1)(c) of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You will not be entitled to return or receive a refund of any opened Goods. Once the Goods have been received by you, we will not accept the return of any Goods which have been unsealed due to health protection or hygiene reasons. This policy is in line with regulation 28(3)(a) of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You have rights if there is something wrong with your Goods. If you think there is something wrong with the Goods you receive, you must contact our Customer Service Team: info@my-peptides.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving delivery of the Goods.
When notifying us, you must provide:
Your order number;
A clear description of the issue; and
A photograph of the packaging and the product(s) you have received, including the shipping label.
Any notifications received after 48 hours will only be eligible for replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
The deadline for changing your mind. If you change your mind about any of the Goods you purchase from us, you must let us know before we send the Dispatch Confirmation. If the Goods are for regular delivery (for example a subscription) you can only change your mind if we have not yet dispatched your next delivery.
When you can’t change your mind. You can't change your mind about an order for:
Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;
Goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
You have to return the Goods at your own cost. If you are eligible to return your Goods or request a refund, you have to return the Goods to us within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind. Returns are at your own cost, unless we offered free returns when you bought the Goods.
We only refund standard delivery costs. For example, we don't refund any extra you have paid for express delivery or delivery at a particular time.
When and how we refund you. If the Goods haven’t yet been dispatched, we refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days of you telling us you've changed your mind. If the Goods have been delivered and you are sending them back to us in accordance with clause 6.5, we refund you within 14 days of receiving them back from you (or receiving evidence you've sent them to us). We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.
You can end an on-going contract (find out how)
We tell you when and how you can end an on-going Contract with us (for example, for a subscription for goods) during the order process and we confirm this information to you in writing after we've accepted your order. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team: info@my-peptides.co.uk.
We can change products and these Terms
Changes we can always make. We can always change our products to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Changes we can only make if we give you notice and an option to terminate. We can also make changes to the Goods or these Terms, but if we do so we'll notify you and you can then contact our Customer Service Team: info@my-peptides.co.uk to end the Contract before the change takes effect and receive a refund for any Goods you've paid for in advance, but not received.
We can suspend supply (and you have rights if we do)
We can suspend the supply of Goods. We do this to:
deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
update the Goods to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or
make changes to the Goods (see We can change products and these terms).
We will contact you in advance to tell you we're suspending supply, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we suspend the Goods for longer than 30 days in any 3 month period we adjust the price so you don't pay for it while its suspended. If we suspend supply, or tell you we're going to suspend supply, for more than 3 months you can contact our Customer Service Team: info@my-peptides.co.uk to end the Contract and we'll refund any sums you've paid in advance for Goods you won't receive.
We can withdraw Goods
We can stop providing Goods, such as an ongoing subscription for Goods but we will let you know at least 14 days in advance and we will refund any sums you've paid in advance for Goods which won't be provided.
We can end our Contract with you
We can end our Contract with you for Goods and claim any compensation due to us (including enforcement costs) if:
you don't make payment to us when it's due and you still don't make payment within 7 days of our reminding you that payment is due;
you don't, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information, cooperation or access that we need to deliver the Goods;
you don't, within a reasonable time, either allow us to deliver the Good to you or collect it from us.
We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products
We're not responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this Contract if the loss is:
Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable).
Caused by a delaying event outside our control. As long as we have taken the steps set out in the section We're not responsible for delays outside our control.
Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action.
To the extent that you use Goods for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession then, save in respect of any liability which cannot legally be limited, our total liability to you for all losses arising under or in connection with any Contract between us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to what you paid for the Goods and all claims for loss of profit or indirect or consequential loss are wholly excluded.
We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Notice
How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Notice.
You have several options for resolving disputes with us
Our complaints process. Our Customer Service Team: info@my-peptides.co.uk will do their best to resolve any issues you have and help to put things right first. If you have contacted us but you are unhappy about how we are proposing to resolve your issue and you want to escalate your complaint, then our Customer Service Team will let you know how you can do this.
You can go to court. These Terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.

You can only transfer your Contract with us to someone else if we agree to this.
Nobody else has any rights under this Contract. This Contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
