What is in the vial

Two compounds, from two different families, chosen because they act at different receptors.

CJC-1295 with DAC is a GHRH analogue — a 29-residue chain modelled on growth hormone-releasing hormone, with a Drug Affinity Complex modification. DAC is the part that matters for a research design: it extends how long the molecule persists intact in solution and in circulation in published preclinical models, which is the whole reason the DAC form exists as a separate compound from the unmodified one.

Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide GHRP that acts at the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor, GHSR-1a. Its distinguishing feature in the literature is selectivity: preclinical work reports growth-hormone stimulation at concentrations that did not trigger ACTH or cortisol secretion in the models examined. Why these two are studied together

The pairing is not arbitrary, and it is not simply a larger quantity of two similar things. GHRH-receptor and GHSR-1a agonists act through separate receptor populations on pituitary somatotrophs, and the published in-vitro and preclinical literature describes their combined application as producing a response greater than either compound alone in the systems studied — which is the specific reason a combined preparation is of experimental interest at all.

For laboratory work the useful consequence is that a single standardised vial lets you study the combined condition without introducing a mixing step. These remain laboratory research observations in defined experimental models, varying with model, concentration, exposure time and method, and are not established effects in humans.

Why the DAC distinction matters when comparing products

This is the detail most likely to cause an ordering mistake, so it is worth stating plainly. Our standalone CJC-1295 product is the No DAC form. The Hulk Stack contains the DAC form. They are different compounds with different persistence characteristics, not two labels for one material, and they are not substitutes for one another in a protocol.

If your work specifies CJC-1295 without DAC, the standalone product is the correct one and this blend is not. If it specifies the DAC form, or the combined GHRH-plus-GHRP condition, this is the one. Competitor listings frequently label a "CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin" product without stating which CJC form is inside, which makes a direct comparison between suppliers harder than it should be — so it is worth confirming before you buy anywhere, including here.

Pre-mixed blend vs mixing two vials yourself

You could buy both compounds separately and combine them, and for some designs that is the right call — it gives you control over the ratio. The reason a pre-combined vial exists is reproducibility: the composition is fixed at synthesis and is identical across every vial of a batch, so the combined condition is the same in week six as in week one, and the same in another researcher's hands as in yours.

Mixing by hand introduces two variables instead of none. The ratio depends on your pipetting and on the accuracy of two separate reconstitutions, and the resulting solution has no certificate describing it. A pre-mixed blend trades ratio flexibility for a standardised, documented starting point. Where the ratio itself is the experimental variable, buy the singles; where the combined condition is the variable, the blend is the cleaner instrument.

Quality: per-component HPLC purity and the COA

Purity on a blend is reported per component, because that is the only way the figure means anything: each compound is assayed by HPLC and verified at ≥99% before the blend is prepared. A batch Certificate of Analysis ships with the order, and the per-component certificates are published in the COA library so each constituent can be inspected on its own terms.

This is also the honest limit of what a blend certificate can tell you, and worth understanding when comparing suppliers: it documents the identity and purity of the components that went in. Ask any supplier of a combined product how purity is reported and for which components — a single undifferentiated purity figure for a two-compound blend is not a meaningful answer.

Storage and handling

Store sealed at 2–8 °C, protected from light, and do not freeze. Keep the vial upright, return it to refrigeration promptly after use, and record the date of first entry.

Because the vial arrives as a solution there is no reconstitution step and no bacteriostatic water required. If you dilute further, remember that bacteriostatic water has no buffering capacity, so the pH of the diluted solution comes from the buffer you choose.
