UK Alternative
A UK Alternative to Bluewell Peptides
What "research use only" means in practice, and what we will and will not help with.
Researchers comparing suppliers often search for Bluewell Peptides, and MY PEPTIDES is worth assessing alongside it. We synthesise research compounds at our own UK facility and supply them for in-vitro laboratory research only, a framing that shapes what we sell, how we describe it and which questions we answer. Bluewell Peptides is named here only as the term being compared, and we make no claims about it; the sections below explain what that framing means in practice. All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.
Our research-supply standards
99%+ HPLC Purity
Every batch is verified by high-performance liquid chromatography. The measured purity figure is recorded on the batch COA — not a marketing claim.
COA With Every Order
A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis ships with every order. Sample COAs are accessible from the COA library before you order.
UK Dispatch
Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off ship the same working day from our UK facility, with tracked next-working-day UK delivery as standard.
Research-Only Supply
All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Documentation, labelling and packaging reflect that restriction.
Our research compound catalogue
Research use only, taken literally
Research use only is not a line of small print to scroll past; it is the basis on which compounds like ours can be supplied at all. We make our compounds at our own UK facility and supply them in solution for in-vitro laboratory work. Each product page sets out the contents of the vial and the storage it needs, the batch Certificate of Analysis comes with every order, and a weekday order placed before 3pm leaves us the same day by tracked UK delivery. What we do not do is advise on dosing, administration or use in people or animals. All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.
What we will and will not help with
We are glad to answer questions about what a product contains, the form it is supplied in, how to store it on arrival, which documents come with it and when an order will leave us. You will find most of that on each product page, in the COA library or in our published terms, and anything else can be sent to info@my-peptides.co.uk.
Questions about dosing, routes of administration or effects in people and animals get a polite refusal, and our guides handle them the same way. That is not a matter of style. A supplier that starts advising on human use is no longer supplying research materials, and the legal position changes with it.
Why the framing matters
In the UK, a product supplied for treating or preventing a condition in people is a medicinal product, and supplying one without a marketing authorisation from the MHRA is unlawful under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. Research compounds are not licensed medicines. Supplied and used as laboratory materials, they sit outside that regime; supplied for human use, they do not.
That is why the framing has to hold across everything a supplier publishes, from product descriptions to guides to support replies, rather than appearing once in the footer. Our guide to whether peptides are legal in the UK sets out the position in more detail.
Frequently asked questions
- Is MY PEPTIDES a good alternative to Bluewell Peptides?
- MY PEPTIDES is worth comparing if you want a supplier that keeps strictly to research use. We make our compounds in the UK, supply them as pre-mixed liquid vials with a batch Certificate of Analysis, and dispatch orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, the same day on a tracked UK service. We do not advise on use in people or animals. Look at how each supplier on your shortlist frames its products before deciding.
- Is MY PEPTIDES affiliated with Bluewell Peptides?
- No. MY PEPTIDES is a separate, independent UK company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with Bluewell Peptides or any business trading under a similar name. We use the name only because researchers search for it when comparing suppliers, and any related names or marks belong to their respective owners.
- What does research use only mean?
- It means the material is supplied for in-vitro laboratory work, is not a medicine and is not intended for use in people or animals. In the UK, supplying a product for human medicinal use without a marketing authorisation is unlawful under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, which is why research compounds are sold on this basis.
- Will MY PEPTIDES answer dosing questions?
- No. We do not give dosing, administration or human-use advice. Our guides decline those questions, and so does our support team. Questions about products, orders, storage and documentation are welcome at info@my-peptides.co.uk.
- Are MY PEPTIDES products for human consumption?
- No. Everything we supply is for in-vitro laboratory research only and is not for human or veterinary use.
