UK Alternative

A UK Alternative to OP Labs

Our dispatch, delivery and returns terms in plain English, before you order.

Researchers comparing suppliers often search for OP Labs, and MY PEPTIDES is worth assessing alongside it. We make our research compounds at our own UK facility and publish the terms that govern an order — when it is dispatched, how it travels and what happens if something goes wrong — so they can be read before any money changes hands. OP Labs is named here only as the term being compared, and we make no claims about it; the sections below summarise our own terms and suggest what to look for in any supplier's. All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.

Our research-supply standards

99%+ HPLC Purity

Every batch is verified by high-performance liquid chromatography. The measured purity figure is recorded on the batch COA — not a marketing claim.

COA With Every Order

A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis ships with every order. Sample COAs are accessible from the COA library before you order.

UK Dispatch

Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off ship the same working day from our UK facility, with tracked next-working-day UK delivery as standard.

Research-Only Supply

All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Documentation, labelling and packaging reflect that restriction.

Terms you can read before you order

The details that decide whether a supplier is easy to work with are rarely on the product page. They are in the terms: when an order leaves, how it travels, what happens if it is late or damaged, and what can be returned. Ours are published in full on this site. Our compounds are synthesised at our own UK facility and supplied as pre-mixed liquid vials. An order placed before 3pm on a weekday is dispatched that day on a tracked UK service, packed chilled in a sealed foil pouch with ice packs, and each order includes the batch Certificate of Analysis for the material supplied. All compounds are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.

What our terms say, in brief

Dispatch: orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, leave the same day, and a dispatch confirmation is sent when they do. Delivery: parcels travel on a tracked UK service, packed chilled in packaging that holds temperature for roughly seven days. Problems on arrival: if anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, and the returns policy sets out what happens next.

Changing your mind: an order can be cancelled and refunded in full before we accept it. After that, perishable items such as NAD+ vials cannot be returned for a change of mind once dispatch has been confirmed, and opened goods cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. Those limits exist because a chilled vial that has left our hands cannot be resold, and we would rather say so plainly here than have it come as a surprise later.

What to look for in any supplier's terms

A supplier's terms are worth reading for what they commit to, not only for what they exclude. Look for a stated dispatch cut-off rather than a vague promise of speed. Look for tracked delivery and a description of how temperature-sensitive items are packed. Look for a clear window to report damage and a plain statement of what can and cannot be returned, particularly for perishable products. And check that there is a way to reach a person before you order, not only after something has gone wrong.

Before paying anyone, confirm the domain in the address bar: lookalike names are common in this market, and ours is my-peptides.co.uk, with a hyphen. Our shipping and returns policies are published on this site, and we would suggest reading the equivalent pages of every supplier on your shortlist before committing to any of them.

Frequently asked questions

Is MY PEPTIDES a good alternative to OP Labs?
That depends on what your laboratory needs, which is why we put our terms on the page rather than leaving them to the small print. MY PEPTIDES makes its compounds in the UK, dispatches orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, the same day on a tracked UK service, includes a batch Certificate of Analysis with every order, and publishes its shipping and returns policies in full. Read the equivalent pages of every supplier you are considering and compare them side by side.
Is MY PEPTIDES affiliated with OP Labs?
No. MY PEPTIDES is a separate, independent UK company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with OP Labs or any business trading under a similar name. We use the name only because researchers search for it when comparing suppliers, and any related names or marks belong to their respective owners.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. You receive a dispatch confirmation when the parcel leaves us, and the delivery is tracked from there.
What if an order arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Goods that arrive damaged or faulty may be returned for a refund if you let us know within that window, and our returns policy sets out the process. Opened goods cannot otherwise be returned, because the vials are perishable.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
If you change your mind before we have accepted your order, we will cancel it and refund what you have paid. After that, the rules depend on the product: perishable items such as NAD+ vials cannot be returned for a change of mind once dispatch has been confirmed. The returns policy on this site sets out the details in full.
