How a trade account works
Applying takes a few minutes. We check the business's Companies House or VAT registration, approval typically follows within one to two business days, and the account then gets its own login to the trade portal. There is no setup fee and no minimum on standard trade orders.
Inside the portal, tier pricing is applied automatically across the catalogue, with deeper tiers reached by the quantity ordered of each product. Orders can be paid by card from the start, and after two paid orders an account can apply for invoice terms. Regular orders can be saved as templates and repeated without re-entering each product, and the account manager can be reached by email, phone or WhatsApp for quotes and stock checks.
