Returns and Refund Policy
This returns and refund policy sets out the circumstances in which you may or may not be entitled to return goods or request a refund, as set out in our Terms and Conditions
You have a legal right to change your mind
For some of our products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. This is subject to some conditions, as set out below.
If you change your mind before we have accepted your order, we will cancel your order and refund you what you have already paid, including any delivery costs.
We honour our legal duty to provide you with goods that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law.
When you can’t change your mind
You can't change your mind about an order for:
Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. For example, our NAD+ supplements;
Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them. For example, if you realise there is an issue with your order but you have already removed the goods from their sealed packaging, we cannot accept a returns or refund.
Goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, including our NAD+ supplement, these goods are exempt from your usual statutory return or cancellation rights.
If you purchase our NAD+ supplements, you do not have the right to change your mind and request a refund once we accept your order and confirm your order is being dispatched to you.
What if there is an issue with my order or there is something wrong with the goods?
If you think your goods are damaged or faulty, you may be entitled to return them and request a refund providing you notify us within 48 hours of the goods being delivered. You should contact our Customer Service Team here and provide:
Your order number;
A clear description of the issue;
Photographs of the packaging, the product(s) and the shipping label.
This policy is in line with regulation 28(1)(c) of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You will not be entitled to return or receive a refund of any opened goods unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
You have to return the Goods at your own cost
If you are eligible to return your order to us or request a refund, you have to return the goods to us within 14 days of you requesting a refund. Returns are at your own cost, unless we offered free returns when you bought the goods.
When you will receive your refund
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, or within 14 days of us notifying you that we will refund you but do not require you to return the goods.
We refund you by the method you used for payment. We don't charge a fee for the refund.
